Bio:
Dr. Frank Rink began carp fishing in 2006 after experiencing just one session that demonstrated the extraordinary strength and unmatched resiliency of the species. Having recently retired after nearly 40 years in education as a teacher, coach, principal, and superintendent, Frank especially savors the opportunity to participate in the TOKS Big 4 events!
Although Frank enjoys competition, he warns that one must always maintain a healthy perspective. "I can see how one could easily get obsessed with this sport," he says, "so make sure that a proper balance is always struck, that angler and fish safety are always in mind, and that honesty and fair play are given your utmost emphasis and attention."
