I am finally getting into some consistent fish. I had a nice Delkim screamer but it was a little too dark to show the fight which it was a great one! I was using CC Moore Gaz Fareham Northern Special Pop Ups in 16mm in yellow with a pva bag full of CC Moore Belachan Stick mix and Shellfish Concentrate. Thanks for watching!

Things are going great in this session. I just did a quick 7 yours session and I got my first fish of the year which was a 31lb 2oz common carp. I then followed it up with a 25lb 8oz fish shortly after. I was using CC Moore Belachan stick mix with liquid shellfish concentrate in a pva bag and had on a CC Moore Gaz Farehams yellow northern special off the bottom around 1/2 inch and also a HNV betaine hookbait popped up the same way. I was definitely pumped to get my first fish and to have it be a 30 was even better yet. Thanks for watching!

I have been doing reviews for a while now. I wanted to review this Trakker product after my last pouch didnt even last 6 months before breaking and I paid around $50 for it! I talked about my initial thoughts and then I will come back later and give a long term review later on.

In todays video I am showing my favorite spring time stick mix / ground bait. You can make either a stick mix or by adding some bread crumb and a little lake water you can also turn this into a ground bait or method mix so you have two options of how to use this mix.

Ingredient List
Bread Crumb 1 cup
CC Moore Roasted Peanut Meal 1 cup
CC Moore Meggablend Sweet 1 cup
CC Moore XXL Tigers in Talin 1 for hookbait and 10 to crush in the Korda Krusha
CC Moore Tiger Nut Extract 4 tbsp
CC Moore Feedstim xp 1 tbsp
Optional to change to groundbait/ method mix
Add 1 extra cup of breadcrumb
Sprinkle water until desired packing

So the ice has finally melted off of the lake. My friends and I went out on a session for 3 days and no fish came to the mat. I had the itch to still get out and give it a try on the local waters and went out for around 6 hours with no fish to show for. This was my first session video so hopefully soon I will get into some fish. Thanks for watching.

Dean graciously invited me to tag along with him to Ogdensburg New York in order to chase some big St. Lawrence common carp. With a car jammed packed full of gear and bait we headed off to one of the best wild carp fishing venues in the world. 72 hours was simply not enough time to take in the beauty and size of the river. It was plenty of time for Dean to accomplish his goal of a new PB common! Plenty of fish were had by both, not to mention someone having a swim in the mighty river! I hope you enjoy, it has a bit of things for everyone including tips, music and a talking squirrel!

Special thanks to 4thirds PVA for bringing me on board and allowing me to showcase their great products. If your looking for quality PVA be sure to check them out at http://www.4thirds.co.uk

Carp fishing is not always an easy, pull up and fish sort of thing. I know that it may be hard to imagine having to find fish on big rivers, or having to actually take a boat or hike or whatever to get to a swim...here in the United States though we often times have to work to find our sweet spots and big carp. The trips however..dont always go as planned...

A 36 hour session on the first day of summers brings some temps to 96 F. I head off to a local lake with Liz and my trusty carp dog Trina for some big carp action. I am in search of some trophy class fish to post for my first attempt at TOKS Big Four International Tournament ( http://www.bigfourcarp.com/ ). This blog is chock full of good advice, rigs and all sorts of goodies. I am out of practice but really think this is one of my better blogs in a long time!

Also some shout outs to Katch Karp, Mistral Baits and Cookin and Carpin

A re-upload of a video I did in May. The first upload/edit got borked and I had to redo it though my computer has not been cooperating.

This is a two day session. The first is on a new lake that I have never fished before that I will call Lake Melville, for blog purposes. A friend told me about it and After scouting I can confirm it has some very large fish in it. After a chaotic start i managed to have some luck and bank a few great looking fish from this new venue.

Day two is a shorter session with Simon up on the Merrimack. We followed the tides and managed a few very nice fish while Jack whined in the background!

A few weeks ago we bought a new camera for Blackstone Carp Presents. Since then we have seen temps down to as low as -10 F with a total of 69 inches of snow..though at any one time weve only had about 2 feet of snow fall at once. We now have snow piles that are taller then I am...

Ive been stuck in the house and havent been able to put the camera through any kind of testing. Well, I did film our cats and my fish tank...

Luckily this week temps have been getting progressively higher. Sunday was in the mid 30s..cool but doable so we headed to the banks in Uxbridge. While we only had a few hours it was a great chance to get a feel for the new camera, as well as land some great fish.

Well I havent put together a video in a bit. I have been doing some fishing here and there but have not gotten round to actually filming much. As the new year came about I figured I would at least focus on getting enough footage to make a short, fun video. Frank and I hit the banks and had a great time, even though a few of the days started around 19 degrees F, roughly -7 C...
